Guests must be at least 21 years or older to rent this space. We verify all guests ahead of their stay, and as part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. The home includes a noise and smoke detector. The noise detector allows us to respond to noise nuisances and is 100% privacy compliant, only measuring noise levels without recording conversations. The smoke detector detects smoke as well as marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine on the initial violation, and up to $1,000 on the second, with guests subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
