I greatly enjoy living here at Aspire Lenox. Pretty quiet neighborhood, feelings of being safe and secure and friendly neighbors. I do like that the leasing office staff has now begun implementing activities for the residents, though I would suggest to give us a little more notice about the events so residents can plan accordingly. I have not yet been able to attend one and would like to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Let me tell you my story as someone who lived there for over 4 years. See below for my points:

You hear EVERYTHING from everyone/everything in the area—all the time. There is both MARTA and a freight train route that runs right behind the complex. The freight train runs full speed at all hours in the middle of the night. It is SO loud that it rattles and shakes your whole unit. At one point, a picture fell off my wall because it was so obstructive. Also, the walls must be made of paper because...
not only can you hear conversations from your next-door neighbor, but you hear your upstairs neighbor every. single. time. they move, even slightly. There is no insulation at all.

THEY DO NOT PAY REFERRAL FEES. They owe me a lot of money from referring someone back in 2022, and they still have not paid me—close to $500!

Amenities change often. During the summer, they randomly close the pool for days without any valid reason sometimes. They shut down ALL amenities (besides the gym) around 8:30 every night. A lot of times, it would be much sooner. I have seen it closed off by 8:00 PM on many occasions.

Maintenance requests and unit repairs were consistently avoided. My doorframe was not sealed; therefore, bugs, water, debris, etc., were always coming through. I put in many maintenance requests and went by the office several times, but nothing was officially done to simply seal it. It was a major health and safety issue for me. Someone could easily find a way to break through and put me in danger. They did not care. They sent a contractor out who told me it needed to be replaced, but RPM did nothing about it. They sent pest control out because maybe that would "fix it," yet I still had no seal on my door frame. Also, my refrigerator was making awful concerning sounds, and that was never fixed or resolved. I mentioned the stove was overheating, and they said the "stove is fine," even after I said it should be checked out because it could be a fire hazard for the next resident. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUY YOU. My friend, who also lives there, had a cockroach infestation.

Move-out is a DISASTER. I recently moved out, and the closing statement was absurd. They charged almost $200 for a minor incident. It took one month for me to get answers. In fact, they keep saying they will share photo evidence with me, yet nothing has been sent over many weeks. Something is very FISHY with RPM. Ridiculous.

I have a lot more I could go on about, but I hope you get the point by now.

This new leasing office run by RPM is god awful. They do not even read their own emails yet expect tenets to be crisp with email notifications.

Gym treadmills have been broken for a year. The car wash is also broken, and when it does "work", it eats your quarters half the time.

You'll send documents over the email and they don't even see it. They damage tenet cars with stickers as a notice and give tenets on a day to fix their damaged car.

All-in-all, this new management is trying hard to be...
an HOA.

Great place love the vibes everyone is super friendly and kind. Also the pool is amazing and we have a nice dog park. I will say the mail room for packages for is sometimes iffy so make sure you sign up for luxer
