Very Poor

Management is overwhelmed which shows in how they treat the tenants.(they're not pro active, but reactive to put out the fires & treat the tenants as if they're the problem when asking for help or simple direction)
The building is trashy, stairwells trashy, 2 elevators are currently down(with no ETA), along with out of date service inspections), NO Security at all( gates don't work & doors are unsecure, Package thieves are a constant issue, Homeless sleep around the property, The boot company… (star Parking) is predatory they're only purpose is to generate revenue for RPM Living (Property management company ) they make it very hard to park. Vehicles must have everything in the lease holders name( no mater the circumstances whether renting a car, borrowing a car, or if your car was solen from this property there is no type of accommodation or willingness to help from staff, No guest parking, car theft & break ins. maintenance is decent but most big jobs are done by a contractor and they're inconsistent. Notices are sent out last minute with a lack of information and dates which leave paying renters in limbo. This property could be 10000x better

Rest assured, our service team inspects our grounds and common areas three times per day to ensure they stay in tip-top shape, and only one of our elevators is under repair. Our community gate is operational, and our courtesy patrol always keeps an eye out for non-residents here. Our team is more than happy to offer insight and answer any questions you may have about our parking setup and policies, and we’re committed to handling these matters with care.

Find somewhere else to spend your money

The people in the leasing office lie for sport, they can’t keep employees let alone their promises to tenants. The trash rooms overflow with garbage into the walkway, security doors and gates do not work, anyone can walk onto your floor if they’d like to so your fob is pretty much for decoration. The hallways are filthy with stains and trash thanks to the “trash valet”. My a/c was out for almost two months in the summer and the maintenance came three times to fix it and didn’t get it done until… the last time they decided to come back. I had maintenance requests sitting for months. I was also locked out of my unit for two days with my children due to them placing an indoor lock on my front door that called for a special key which they “didn’t have” and they claimed they didn’t know why it was placed on the door after “fixing” the first faulty knob. I was told to pay for a locksmith and bring the invoice to the office and they would reimburse me, of course that was a lie. I had to use a screwdriver for two and a half weeks just to leave my unit ! It was a complete safety and fire hazard. The area is great but find somewhere else to spend your money.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS

Please don’t move here. Save yourself. As I write this I feel horrible. A loyal tenant since 2017. It feels like being in a horror movie. This apartment community is NOTHING like it use to be. The amenities are unavailable. The staff lies to your face and they don’t do what they say they will do or what they should do. The office is a revolving door of people. It is not safe. Security doors have been broken for almost two years and the only thing consistent is the lies about when they will be… fixed. I have complained since August about possible mold and nothing has been done. MOLD!! They lied about air quality reports that they couldn’t produce because they had not been done. I just want to live comfortably. Nothing special. Just what I pay for. I wouldn’t want an enemy to move here. The service is just that bad.

Do NOT rent here !!!!

I could not express how awful this place is.
When i first moved here thought it was going to be a fresh start for me and my family..... thought wrong
1st - the dishwasher started fillng up with water and leaking with an awful smell. I called maintence and they blamed it on me .. but i do not even use dishwasher and they supposedly "fixed it"
2- My microwave stopped working and didnt heat up . I called several times and put the request in December.. it is now May on the following year and it… still hasnt been fixed .
I had to go and buy one with my own money.
3 - They never pick up trash at the correct time and always pilling up everywhere
4- Smells like weed 24/7. I have little kids and everywhere in the complex smells like weed or you see people smoking
5- The garage gate is never working and always needs fixing . so much for security
6- My last and final straw
MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO. Window was smashed and personal items of mine were stolen.
When i went to go talk to the front office they didn't even care or act concern and blamed it on "gang violence"
When this is a reoccurring thing at this complex even the police had told me when i reported it.

Ohh but they want there money on the day its due and that is all they care about. They do no care about the people hear and it is so overpriced. And want to charge you for every little thing.
