So far so good haven’t had any real issues. Anything that I did have an issue with was addressed and resolved very quickly. Maintenance is on point.

The management team doesn’t do a good job of monitoring parties or following up on the rules they enforce. There also is no courtesy officer on the property and I think that is absurd. The gate is always broken, you have to pay for a remote for the gate, and when the leasing office isn’t open, it’s impossible to get help from anyone associated with the property. I cannot wait to move.
