Community is quiet, rental prices are reasonable compared to other properties. Amenities available and they offer additional products for residents. Also have community events for residents throughout the year.

Great community that makes me feel safe and respected. I have recommended Avana Cumberland to many friends. The grounds are always clean and take care of by onsite and third party (landscapers) to my Extreme satisfaction! The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does great work! The management office personnel are always there to listen and have always responded. Thank you!

Avana Cumberland is one of the last nature friendly, non-high-rise, and relaxing apartment environments still going strong in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The lovely gated community has been a real home for me.
