Unit floods when it rains

Don’t have to say much. Just check the photos.
The first photo is the window seal in the bedroom. Whenever it rains, waters pours in from the top.

The 2nd photo is my drenched pillow that just so happened to be on the floor, also soaked. Water comes in from the base boards whenever it rains.

Moved here April 2017 and have had COUNTLESS issues with no true resolution or fix.

This is only 1 of the many countless issues I’ve had/have.

I've only been here for about a month, but I really love living in my apartment. Jasmine M, from the leasing office was super helpful when I was moving in, and it's nice that everything is close by. I can easily get the mail and take out the trash and the area around here is great too. I'd definetly recommend Avana Dunwoody to a friend.

Everything sucks. I hate living here. I'm embarrassed to have friends over. My entire time here has been one maintenance request after another. And request take months to resolve. Mold, broken hvac, broken hot water tanks, broken everything
