Don’t move here.

I’ve been living here for 3 years. 2 years in a townhome and 1 in the older apartments. Where do I start? Since moving into a unit 6 months ago, we’ve always had something to deal with. Our apartment has a bad roach problem, bathrooms and closets are old and fallen apart. We have literally had AC problems since moving in. We’ve been told on several occasions that someone is coming only for them to come a day later or never at all. And when they do, the issue still isn’t fixed!! Imagine sitting… in 80 degrees in your own HOME. I would not suggest living here AT ALL. Old management seemed to care more and had us dealing with a hot home for months. Our electricity bill is double and lastly, car vandalism is increasingly worse. My roommate and I had our cars broken into on separate occasions as well as neighbors. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!

No support from the leasing office.

I love the location and layout of my apartment but you will not be able to reach a leasing manager when you have issues in your apartment.

I have had leaks from the washing machine (No one came to assist, we fixed it ourselves.)

Labor Day weekend out air unit was disconnected by contractors and we were not able to reach anyone to fix the issue. We have been without AC all Labor Day weekend with highs of 90 degrees.

Earlier this summer me and about 12 other tenants were locked outside of… the gate because the keycard scanner was not working at 12am at night. Of course the leasing office did not pick up their cellphone. (NO EMERGENCY number will be given to you....)
Eventually one of the tenants called a friend from inside the gate and had them drive through the exit so we all entered through the exit door. Smh

If you feel comfortable having to deal with inconvient insidences with no assistance, I say this is the location for you.

Cons and pros

I really love these apartments and the area but I personally think it's a little over priced. We don't have a pool, gym, or clubhouse and the water is not included in the rent like most apartments. But overall the apartment is in the middle of everything , the rooms are spacious and somewhat updated.
