The staff is so nice and well mannered! I toured these apartments and fell in love with how close this was to the city of Atlanta and the amenities that came with the apartment.

Amenities are nice but the bowling setup tends to be broken often. The freight elevator often has animal pee on it and smells like wet dog. Our apartment itself has been really nice. The appliances are nice, it was a spacious unit, we haven’t had any maintenance requests outside of the first week we moved in, water pressure is good, and the unit has really nice finishes. The courtesy officer is really nice and made a point to get to know us when we moved in. The leasing agents have generally... been really nice to us and have been able to resolve any issues we bring up. I’m not in love with the mailroom system as it seemed that the front desk staff after hours and during business hours were not on the same page about where mail was supposed to go.mail carriers often had trouble accessing the mailroom and we lost quite a few packages during our time here.

It is relatively quiet, and everyone is respectful. The building is clean. The staff is helpful. It is in a good location and convenient to a lot of places.
