I had a very smooth move in at Nomia. Everything was taken care of and ready to go when I came in to pick up my keys. The staff was friendly and supportive.

I initially moved here because I knew this building was under great care and management with Aisha. I do not know the new property manager, he has not formally introduced himself and can not speak to where the quality of this building is going. We are all on edge and nervous that this could go from luxury to lackluster under the wrong leadership. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive and changes are implemented very soon. Please address these three issues with introduction of the team,... parking and towing unmarked cars, and community events.
