Pros: Great Views, Great Neighbors, Stylish Apartments

Cons: Gym is basic not enough leg or strength training machines, since there are no gyms in midtown

Events could be way better

Management could maintain property better and make sure apartments are fixed properly

I absolutely love the area where Nomia is located! It offers easy access to Piedmont, Midtown's incredible restaurants, plenty of shops and grocery stores, and especially the High Museum. For someone like me who enjoys walking, it's surprisingly walkable for Atlanta, which is a huge plus.

The amenities are fantastic—I'm especially a fan of the rooftop pool, the shared entertaining space, and the gym. My apartment is beautifully designed with stunning walk-in showers, a modern kitchen layout,... and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. And did I mention the view? Instagram-worthy.
