I would like to share my experience with the maintenance team. For example, whenever I reach a ticket, they respond after an average of a month. That response time is not appropriate especially when dealing with urgent matters.
In addition to this, there have been multiple occasions when the water supply has been turned off without notice. It is also unbelievable that it would be turned off at any given time without regard to whether there is some plan that is water dependent.
I do not... know whether the management is pursuing ways to get these problems fixed, but at this point I would not suggest this place to anyone who is looking for prompt maintenance replies and other basic services.
