Amazing new home, high hopes

Amazing touring experience with Tony, ended up moving into the first place he showed me. Loving it so far - amenities are fantastic, vibes are great and motivating, my place has a porch which is a feature I never seen before but is fantastic for relaxing after a long day. Maintenance is timely and thorough. Packaging system is great and I’m looking forward to community events I see posted frequently. Highly recommend checking The Vivian out!

Love it!

Not gonna lie, I’ve never renewed a lease in my life before until now. It’s always something going on. Like, we have hibachi night this month! Like Huhhhhhh?! lol Also if you need anything, Tony is your guy. He cares about you being comfortable and is probably the most empathetic person you’ll meet. And maintenance, I never have to wait more than 24-48 hours for anything to be fixed. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed and I’ve moved every year since 2015…until now.

Tony Was Amazing!!!!

When you are new to a city and apartment hunting all leasing agents should have the kindred, empathetic, understanding, and amazing customer service we experienced here today. I’m praying to God we get approved because to know that your leasing office have employees like Tony is everything. The complex is amazing!!!!!!!!!

The Vivian (Definition means “Alive and Full of Life”

I have the pleasure of living at The Vivian, and I can confidently say it has been a transformative experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and valued by the entire community team. Their dedication to an inclusive culture is truly remarkable. They consistently reach out to residents, ensuring that everyone feels connected and heard.

The communication here is superb. Whenever I've had questions or concerns, the staff has been incredibly patient and responsive, going above and... beyond to assist me. It’s refreshing to see such a commitment to resident satisfaction.

One of the highlights of living at The Vivian is the vibrant community clubhouse. There’s always something fun happening, which not only enriches our living experience but also provides a wonderful opportunity to get to know my neighbors better.
