I had an exceptional apartment tour with Tony! From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His knowledge of the property was impressive—he provided detailed insights not only about the amenities but also about the building's history, management, and neighborhood. It really helped me get a clear picture of what living there would be like. Tony’s professionalism and thoroughness made the entire... experience smooth and enjoyable. I walked away feeling confident and well-informed, and I truly appreciate how he went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing touring experience with Tony, ended up moving into the first place he showed me. Loving it so far - amenities are fantastic, vibes are great and motivating, my place has a porch which is a feature I never seen before but is fantastic for relaxing after a long day. Maintenance is timely and thorough. Packaging system is great and I’m looking forward to community events I see posted frequently. Highly recommend checking The Vivian out!

Not gonna lie, I’ve never renewed a lease in my life before until now. It’s always something going on. Like, we have hibachi night this month! Like Huhhhhhh?! lol Also if you need anything, Tony is your guy. He cares about you being comfortable and is probably the most empathetic person you’ll meet. And maintenance, I never have to wait more than 24-48 hours for anything to be fixed. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed and I’ve moved every year since 2015…until now.
