Resident of 2.5 years

Management has gone way down hill since May 2024 that a group of 10+ other residents and I are trying to get out of our leases. It is an older property that needs repairs which can be understandable if management actually did something about it. But the issue is THERE IS NOBODY in the leasing office EVER to help resolve our issues. Leasing employees manage multiple locations so there will be days that nobody is here which is crazy! Recently management created a system where you can make... appointments to meet with them. Myself and several others have made appointments, showed up to the office, and nobody was there!
Some of the issues with the property:
common area space not maintained or unkept,
fire alarms going off constantly (at least once a week) with no prior warning, power goes out frequently with little to no warning, parking garage gate is broken pretty much every week so it is left open which has lead to non-residents coming on the property and trashing the place or pulling the fire alarm, the mailroom lockers break often so packages are left out in the open and sometimes stolen, gym equipment is broken and not replaced, I don't think the pool has ever been cleaned, dog pee and poop left around property, the hallways had a lot of mold on the walls but that was painted over with new paint last summer, pipes bursting flooding several floors in building 4, and the leasing office staff are never available to help us and a lot of times don't respond to emails.
Now, I will say the maintenance staff are really nice and do try their very best. But there are so many issues that a lot of times they are just putting bandaids on items instead of really fixing things.
Rent is inflated due to the great and safe location but there are other properties close by that charge less by the sqft and are managed better.

The apartment complex feels safe and is well-maintained. The staff has been very polite and helpful. Ayushi and Ciara helped create a very smooth move-in experience for me. It’s been a few weeks, and I am very satisfied with the living experience so far!
