Phase I, the largest section, offers the most variety of floorplans... in our two story building designs. Phase II provides the popular single story plan with a quaint neighborhood feel. Phase III offers our newest floorplan design which includes ceramic tile, kitchen islands and two story townhouses.
Pets are allowed except for corporate apartments. No more than 2 pets. $300 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets. We allow up to 60lbs, no aggressive breeds.

Roaches
Maintenance terrible. Pest control non existent. You’ll be dealing with bugs everyday and there is not much they will do to help

Was looking to move in here, called and left a message for them to return my call and never received it and was ready to pay all fees and set move in date

Roaches
Apartment is in woody area. Large Roaches enter home frequently. Older apartment so wholes can be found by pest for entry. Nice apartment for price, but not nice enough to deal with pest.

I love coming home to Sanctuary!
This has been by far the best home I've ever had in my 24 years of life. I come home every day to a quiet community, away from any major streets or highways to friendly neighbors. The management team was so professional and kind throughout my entire transition as I was moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia, away from all friends and family. I look forward to enjoying my HOME for years to come! :)
