Need to improve tenant communication. I call, spoke to someone and I place an order on the portal on December 27th 2024, concerning the heating problem. I frozed myself for a month. I got a small heater to keep me warm while someone fixed the heating issue. Finally it got fixed. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.
