Very quiet rooms with an amazing view. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to call home. I have been staying for only 2 short weeks but am convinced it’s a perfect place to set up.

Great place to live. Good management. Excellent upkeep. Beautiful view of Etowah River. Most things I need are nearby. YMCA easily accessible Would recommend highly.

Great bang for your buck. Location is a 6 out of 5 stars. Walking distance to the Mill on the Etowah and downtown Canton. Great food, beautiful park, lovely area.

After two years and six months I continue to find Aspect on the River a welcoming place! The staff is consistent and helpful any time I have needed.
I do like the trash removal procedures, they call valet removal!
Downtown Canton is very close and has several restaurants, bars and community events. Nearby walking trails offer plenty of exercise within a very short walk!
People friendly place to live!

Everything is good, except for the cost of my apartment! Rent is way to high! I know it's in line with comparable properties in the area, but they're too high to!
