Everything is good, except for the cost of my apartment! Rent is way to high! I know it's in line with comparable properties in the area, but they're too high to!

Aspect on the river is a great place to live. Very close to great shopping and food like The Mill on the Etowah and downtown Canton. There is a great sitting area and grills around back.

I love everything about it except for the elevator going down my first night trying to move everything in. It definitely sent me back a few days on moving in.

I like the location! Close to restaurants, shopping , outdoor park and hospital with good management team on site!
Most amenities (except pool) but there is a YMCA pool across the street!, that’s great!!
