Save your time and money

Lets start with the bad, maintenance is a nightmare and do not seem to know what they are doing. The gates NEVER work they are either stuck shut or always open which I will admit is just a bit aggravating. Cars fly through the road. The trash is usually overflowing and the dog trash can is always full. The dog park always has poop in it which is just gross for other dogs. People smoke here and I can smell it through the walls. There is tons of hidden fees. If you work odd hours just be sure you... never let your trash can sit out because thats a fee. Usually I get petty emails telling people not to have towels hanging on the porch or something stupid I dont understand why its such a big deal. My appliances look nice but are low quality every appliance I have has broken at one point I just dont want to deal with the maintenance team because they are the worst. Just save your money it looks nice but is just really poor quality for the amount you pay.

I absolutely love living here! I feel like I am living at a resort. They even have hotel style amenities! Free Starbucks coffee everyday, popcorn on Fridays and Breakfast on Saturdays once a month. The gym is amazing and has everything I need to accomplish a good workout. They even have a separate room for yoga and spin! This place really has it all! I love calling Crest home :)

Beautiful, a little smelly. Just beware!!!!

Expect the parking lot to smell like garbage because the dumpster is overflowing and pilling up. But, you will get a harassing call/ email if your trash bag is not in the Valet trash can for pick up or if you set your trash can out to early in the day. This is only a tiny annoyance that goes with numerous problems at this apartment complex. Very rude maintenance and office people! I was almost hit by a maintenance guy on a golf-cart. They are careless and do not care about their residence. Just... care about getting your money, watch out for hidden fees and doubt read your contract before signing. I have never been treated so horribly. I am in shock over how unprofessional these people are. They are more concerned about their yoga and trivia nights then resolving any conflict.

Not Worth the money!

We had a 2-bedroom apartment for 2 people with garage (extra $). Used extra bedroom and garage for storage. Apartments are fairly new so the colors are up-to date. Kitchen storage is adequate. Pool and exercise room are nice. That is the good stuff. However, we found the maintenance crew skill level to be only fair. They could not fix a space on the patio door and cold air (winter) and bugs got in. The grounds keeper can’t keep up with the garbage and dog poop strewn around; the tenants are very... thoughtless. We are older so going up and down the stairs is very hard on the knees. I feel sorry for movers and delivery people. There ARE NO elevators! The office staff is poor at communicating and seems to be winging it. They don’t call to keep you informed even though they say they will. For example, they ask if you want a call when maintenance is coming over. They don’t call and maintenance shows up at dinnertime. They don’t offer appliance manuals or a welcome package as other places do when you arrive. The staff does not enforce safety or comfort rules even though they themselves live there! The billing process is a nightmare. They charged us arbitrary , exorbitant extension fees even though they said they would work with us because we were having a house built and scheduling was a nightmare. But you might like it if you enjoy piles of dog poop (even on sidewalks) , dogs barking, and a lot of noise.

This place has so many issues

I have lived here for 6 months. On my move in day I noticed several issues with my apartment. I was told maintenance already knew and had a binder full of issues needing to be resolved and my time would come. After waiting with no indication of when anything would be fixed I called the leasing office. They gave the same story of the binder and promised it would be taken care of. Since that time I have filed a few work requests with maintenance trying to get someone out to fix my floors, window,... walls, and fixtures. Someone always comes out to look but offers no indication of when the work will be done. Every visit goes the same: they blame the builders for the poor quality, they say other apartments are also needing repairs, they promise to come back and fix it. They will not offer a time frame or even check in to give any type of update to let you know they have not forgotten. This place does not live up to the pristine, luxury image they try to convey. I pay about $500 more than what I was for my previous apartment to live in a place that is no better. I wish I had not been fooled by the façade. There is also a problem with flooding in the breezeways when it rains. The water will form large puddles covering the entire area around the stairs. When the temperatures drop that is going to be very dangerous.
