Issues resolved the same day I am a new resident. My icemaker was not working(turned out to be nothing more than the reset button which was turned off), and I did not receive a trash can for valet trash service.
I stopped by the office Monday morning and by that afternoon, Fred had delivered the trash can, and the ice maker was making ice.
Everyone at the office, as well as Fred, were very friendly, efficient, and accommodating!
