The office staff was super nice. I had several questions about the moving in process and what to expect each month and they were so helpful. I love the different layouts that I was able to tour as well.

Great apartment complex, beautiful clean building, community is so welcoming and friendly. Leasing agent was nice, and honesty about everything during the tour. Love the apartment will be here for a long time for sure!

Love it here. Quiet, well maintained, responsive administration, no issues with smells, trash or smoking, covered parking for residents, and superb location. It is a block away from a MARTA station (super convenient for downtown visits or trips to the airport), close to independent restaurants, a small businesses, as well as different shopping malls with chain stores and various supermarkets.

Wonderful spot to live! Chamblee has so many cool and fun spots to eat, drink, and relax! The Oliver is a clean and nice property with lots of outdoor space to chill out!
