I like it over here so far, I've only been here 3 months so I don't have a lot to say, a few Petty things happened a couple weeks ago was someone's car getting broke into but you can't help that no matter where you live.. but it's pretty quiet for the most part, most of my neighbors I met are pretty nice and we all kind of look out for each other in my building and on my side, the maintenance is pretty quick when I call so far, but I haven't had any major maintenance issues, just small things..... I love the size of my apartment, the only thing I don't like is that the bedrooms are not set up as roommate style... I don't have the upgraded apt, but the cabinets are a light wood color and they look nice, I have new blinds and new black appliances so I don't have any complaints about that, overall I like it so far
