For those with a housingvoucher, we can sometimes relax the income and credit score requirements depending on your situation. Free online applications are accepted in order to get pre-approved. We do not charge an application fee. After pre-approval we will only require a $39 fee for a background and credit check in order to finalize the approval and move forward. If you have a housingvoucher, after approval, the deposit is due in order to take the home off the market and complete and submit the RFTA paperwork to GA DCA.
