THEY RAISE RENT OFTEN AND CHARGE TO GET RID OF BED BUGS.LOT OF PEOPLE ARE STUCK, IT COST TO MOVE... AND INCOME IS LOW.COULD BE NICE, BUT AS ALWAYS MONEY COMES FIRST. Great maintenance team, insufficient security, and bed bugs infestation are the main featured amenities of this property.
