IT LOOKS WELL BUT LIVING THERE IS NOT SAFE OR NICE.THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO LIVE UNDER STAIRRAILS, THE DOOR LOCKS ENTERING BUILDING OFTEN DONT WORK.LOTS OF TIME THE GARBAGE ROOMS KEEP THE HALLWAYS STINKING,WATER PRESSURE IS VERY LOW IN UNITS, WORST OF ALL TOLIET SEATS ARE WHAT YOU CAN IMAGINE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.EACH NEW MANAGER BRINGS IN NEW RULES AND SOME HAVE NO RESPECT FOR RESIDENTS. THEY RAISE RENT OFTEN AND CHARGE TO GET RID OF BED BUGS.LOT OF PEOPLE ARE STUCK, IT COST TO MOVE... AND INCOME IS LOW.COULD BE NICE, BUT AS ALWAYS MONEY COMES FIRST. RICH GET RICHER AND POOR MAKES DUE.HOPING SOON TO BE GONEINTO SAFER PLACE THAT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE. LOT OF PEOPLE SAY GOD, BUT DONT ACT GODLY. Lee mas

Great maintenance team, insufficient security, and bed bugs infestation are the main featured amenities of this property. Although under poor management (false promises and lies) showing little to no respect toward the residents. Fitness room a closet with 2 thread mill machines. Dryer in laundry room been out of order for over a year, and no action to demand the vendor to remove the dryer or cancel their contract. Manager refuse to talk with you in person, she's want you to email her first.... Most seniors in this complex lack technically experience. Majority of the time the 2 computers does not work and outdated. Manager purchased 2 new tables and chairs set for Rec. room, the sets is for people over 6 foot tall... majority of the seniors is under 5' 9". Management goes up on the rent, but reduce the funding for senior activities to $75. per month. 8 different mangers in 7 years. Weathered infrastructure and irregular treatment of seniors really will make you want to avoid this place at all cost! At least get the address to the complex right! Lee mas
