I'm a cook, so I love the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. I'm a senior and since I live by myself, the size and layout of the apartment is perfect.

Too loud

Noise level is excessive, with inconsiderate neighbors and trespassers partying by the pool with loud music late into the evenings. Quiet hours are not enforced.

Management less than helpful.

The building if fine, very similar to others in the area. The initial management team was excellent, friendly, and truly helpful. The various reviews you see reflect that. However, a new management team came in. They are less than helpful.

All personnel at Willis always conduct themselves in the most courteous and professional manners. The maintenance staff are hard working and efficient and respect the tenant's living area.
