All is well with 2370
I lived at 2370 Main at Sugarloaf for almost a year and recently moved out. I waited to write this review until everything had settled — and I’m happy to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The move-in and move-out processes were smooth and stress-free, and I received 90% of my deposit back, which speaks volumes about how fair and well-managed the community is.
If you're looking for a modern, peaceful place that’s tucked away from the noise but still right in the middle of... everything — this is the perfect spot.
The community is quiet and calm, ideal for those who want a break from the chaos but don’t want to be too far from the action. Within just 5 miles, you’ve got it all — restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and quick access to the major spots in Duluth and Lawrenceville. Lidl, just steps away, is surprisingly great for everyday essentials. You’ve also got CAVA and Chipotle nearby for quick bites, and even a 24/7 Waffle House just behind the complex — perfect for those late-night cravings.
Maintenance is fast and efficient, and the management team is always kind and professional. A special shoutout to Ayisha and Veronica, who go above and beyond to help and make you feel at home.
Like any community, there are a few minor issues — some residents don’t clean up after their pets, and you may occasionally notice smoke in the common areas. While these are individual behaviors and hard to control, they don’t take away from the overall quality of life here.
If you’re after a clean, modern place that offers comfort, convenience, and a sense of calm — without being too far from everything — 2370 Main at Sugarloaf is the place to be.
