Awful. The so-called trash service that we pay for does not get done and most of the time it just sits there outside, to the point where I have seen raccoons and cats pick out our trash. On top of that, I know what your response will be too, “oh why don’t you come down to the office and we’ll talk to you,” that is ridiculous because we have and every time nobody follows through with what they actually say and that’s the problem here nobody follows through. Love it in the community. Very clean washroom very helpful. Staff is very respectful and maintenance Is always there when u need them. The community is quiet

Have been lied to since before we even moved in. They've told us they would fix the multiple broken and messed up parts of our apartment and just never shown or responded several times. We have broken outlets, holes in the walls, broken fan and peeling paint in the master bathroom, they painted over the light switch in the closet, missing laundry door, broken dishwasher, dials on the stove have no numbers, paint peeling in the other bathroom, broken outlets in the kitchen, broken front entry... light, broken closet fixtures, messed up front door frame, etc. The trash everywhere and the lack of communication doesn't help either. The community is very quiet and it’s affordable living. The only complaint I have is the bugs they won’t go away no matter your level of cleanliness.
