The first four years were great even though my apartment got flooded three times but they were very caring and concerned. I recently had to go over a month without any hot water because of the hot water heater and it took forever to have it fixed and they just didn't care. My gas bill was so high almost $300 would normally it wasn't even $60 because the gas was running and I didn't even have hot water and it was in the summertime and now I have been stuck with that bill and has been a burden...... I always pay my rent on time and I am always trying to do my part keep these apartments at the standard at which I want to live in as far as the community... It's just a shame that they used to care now.... They could care less
