The office staff is very rude, non responsive, inconsiderate and unreasonable. They make changes without giving proper notice. I went to work and when I returned I wasn't able to get into my apartment; apparently they disabled all the key fobs and sent an email mid day. When I reached out to the emergency contact they told me it wasn't an emergency for them to get me into the property. In a city with so much crime this is unacceptable.

Hello, your review is simply untrue. We checked our records and never received an emergency call in regards to this matter. We gave all residents ample notice weeks ago when we started to work on the fobs. We've spoken to you numerous times and... expressed to you and all current residents that both callboxes can be used to get in and out when issues arise with the gate or key fob access. Thanks.

No Dogs Allowed
I do not live here. I visited today and was extremely impressed by the property manager. I loved the complex and the units I looked at today. I would have signed a lease immediately. The location is perfect for active people like myself. It is directly across the street from Pernoshal park which is connected to Brookrun Park. A short walk to the dog park is a huge selling point!
My dog and I run 2mi away and I was excited to have a safe place to run in the morning and late evenings....
Unfortunately this complex currently does not allow dogs at all.
Until this changes don’t waste your time if you have a cherished pet.
Otherwise the property was well maintained. The entry, halls, and pool area were immaculate.

Beautiful interiors, quiet and great location
The Flats at Perimeter Gardens features beautiful interiors, a quiet environment and a non-smoking policy. The pool areas are gorgeous. The staff strives to provide good service, and offers social functions such as Food Truck Tuesdays, cocktail receptions, and ice cream socials. There is very little noise from neighbors. The location is close to I-285 and GA 400.

Great location great apartment
This complex is at 285 and Chamblee Dunwoody exit so it is very convenient to downtown, North and South. The apartments are very spacious and well appointed. The amenities are top notch. The staff is very respectful and attentive.
