Very good and fast workorders. The guy came here the same day to replace light bulb for my apartment. Very clean environment. The trash area is always clean.

Irresponsible Pet Owners:
Dog waste is frequently left around the property, indicating a lack of responsibility among pet owners.
Unreliable Second Entrance:
The second entrance is... often non-functional, with no signage to inform residents of its status.
Lack of Recreational Facilities:
No facilities like tennis or pickleball courts for adults, reducing recreational options for residents.
Inadequate Street Lighting:
Poor lighting on the streets raises safety concerns, especially at night.
