After you sign the lease the customer support is awful, the worst. Will not respond to emails or voicemails, if you visit the office they tell you to email someone who never gets back to you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

When I first moved in the leasing office was easy to reach and pretty helpful(August 2021). Now no one is ever in the leasing office when its supposed to be open. I’ve called multiple times before and alway get sent to the after hours line. And they can’t do anything but take notes and tell me the office will call me back (which they never do). I go the the office and the door is locked. Do not get me wrong they are there sometimes but MOST of the time they are not. It’s annoying when you have a... problem and no one is there to help. The apartment i’m living in is overpriced for a unrenovated apartment. In general It could be better

LIving at Ashford Ridenour feels like living in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. There are always people around which makes it feel more alive. The amenities and the grounds make me feel like I am living above my means, but it is quite affordable and worth the rent.

So far I love it here. I can't wait for the pool and gym to open. I love the proximity to shopping and restaurants.I appreciate the dog walking areas and that waste bags are provided.The grounds are always clean and well lit.

At Ashford Ridenour Sandy - Manager has been great working with us along with Chris - Asst Manager and Greg - Maintenance Manager always take time to give us great caring customer service family friendly to us. They keep a safe, clean, friendly community for us to live. It's also a great location to go anywhere. We appreciate being made to be part of the Ashford Ridenour family.
