Pleasant

I have lived here for the last 8 years I have seen management change but I have never had a problem with any of them, the community is safe, maintenance is on point, amenities are accessible, I have never seen a roach in my house and if needed pest control is here every Tuesday and the grounds are maintained every week, I am a happy camper, Gloria is great she is well informed and goes out of her way to solve your problems

I've lived here for some years now and I've dealt with Miss Gloria on several occasions and she has been a wonderful person she's help me with a lot of areas concerning my apartment and she's a great person to deal with thank you so much.

Comfortable living

I call Cobblestone Landing home. I moved from my three bedroom home into a three bedroom apartment home after my divorce and it has allowed me to save money because I do not have the worry of taking care of routine maintenance issues. The neighborhood is safe for me and my four girls.
