Marvelous Property

This property was well managed and Quincy from the leasing office team gave us an excellent tour, explaining the ammenities and various apartment styles, and how they could best meet our needs. Thank you for taking the time and making us feel right at home. The price was competitive and the location was exceptional too.

GREAT COMMUNITY!

I had such a great experience at The Blake! The property is always so clean and well maintained, which makes it feel super welcoming. The leasing office team was incredibly friendly and helpful!! every question I had was answered with a smile. It’s clear they really care about their residents and creating a great community. Highly recommend checking out The Blake if you’re looking for a place to call home!

Resident for 3 years

I've lived at The Blake as a student at Kennesaw for 3 years. I can honestly say that The Blake gets a way too much hate online for what you're getting. Not only is it walking distance or a 1 minute bus ride from campus, but you get a clean private bedroom and bathroom for much cheaper than other apartments that are FURTHER from campus. Any issue I've ever had with maintenance has been resolved the same day and the property is consistently clean. In the time I've lived here I have never once... considered moving to another student apartment in the KSU area.

Clean and easy to move in!

The Blake Apartment Complex stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and ease of move-in. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained the property is, with spotless common areas, hallways, and apartments. The management team clearly takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized. The move-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and helpful staff ensuring everything was ready when I arrived. There were no delays, and all utilities and appliances were set up... , making the transition smooth and stress-free. Overall, The Blake offers a pristine living environment that’s easy to settle into.
