Don’t do it
Sadly been a resident for 2 years, and we moved into a roach infested unit .. after talking to neighbors we realized that it wasn’t just us, it was the entire building. Huge ones get inside, and run around the parking lot in the summer. The pool is never open, laundry room is nasty and washers never work, constantly
Killing roaches in our home when we are clean.. worst experience ever. Don’t

major cockroach infestation. large ones. Spacious pretty units but not worth it if you have bugs as roommates. Dont move here

Disgusting
Terrifying cockroach infestation even if you keep your place clean and buy your own baits and spray. large ones crawling in my shower and on my bed/my arms at night and I don't EVER leave trash or food out. Never seen anything like it before. Its horrific and doesnt seem to end no matter what I do.
Maintenance will ignore requests for months and there is no "emergency" maintenance available despite what they tell you. I've been here 2 years and cant wait to leave. these other reviews seem to be... sponsored because anyone ive spoken to agrees this is the worst place they have ever lived and looking to move

I love it here, the community is wonderfuk, barely any outside noise, the children here are splendid, the workers are friendly, the apartments are 10/10, and I just love how they’ll help you with any problem you could have.
