Crestmont Apartments

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. Homeless people will be living outside of your door. Since this is a homelessness populated area, they are around the wooded areas of the buildings. Many of the units are roach infested. And even if you pay monthly for pest control, they only come once every other month. Not worth the price at all. Please save yourself time and look elsewhere!!! I have documented everything and can not wait for my lease to end.

I’ve lived here for a year. There’s clay in my pipes and roots under my toilet which I can’t use. I’ve brought this up to many staff members. Nothing. Please don’t move here. I regret ever moving here.

I drove an hour to get here at 10am and was shown an apartment and got all the way through signing the application. Whole process took an hour. Turns out none of the apartments I had visited to see were available. (None of the Birch 2 bed 2 bath style, mistakenly shown to Apartments.com)

Giant waste of my time on a workaday I had to take off. They are mistakenly labeling what apartments are available to get people in the door.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ROACH INFESTED!! As soon as I moved in the roaches was coming out of EVERYWHERE!! I’m honestly not over exaggerating! They were coming out of the sockets, in the bath tube, sink, from underneath the carpets! It was horrible !!the rental office was very difficult about getting someone to the apartment to help me and didn’t want to give me my money back!! THEY WERE THE WORST!!!

I have been a resident of crestmont apartments a little over a year. Within that year I have experienced many issues although everything has been getting better.
