The Cumberland Apartments

I've lived at this residence for a while, and there are definitely some pros and cons. On the positive side, the location is great—I'm very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centers, which makes everything super convenient. The complex itself is quiet, and I rarely deal with any noise issues. I’ve also never had any problems with my neighbors, which has made for a peaceful living experience.

That said, I’ve had ongoing issues with leaks in my apartment, and it’s been a... constant source of frustration. Very nice nice area . Friendly staff. Quite close to stadium clean . Per friendly can have cats dogs . Birds you name it . Come check it out

To many roaches. To many people smoking in the hall. Can't get a hold to anyone. Gym should be able to come in from outside. They need security
