The Cumberland Apartamentos

I've lived at this residence for a while, and there are definitely some pros and cons. On the positive side, the location is great—I'm very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centers, which makes everything super convenient. The complex itself is quiet, and I rarely deal with any noise issues. I’ve also never had any problems with my neighbors, which has made for a peaceful living experience.

That said, I’ve had ongoing issues with leaks in my apartment, and it’s been a... constant source of frustration. Despite the peaceful environment, the maintenance problems take away from the overall experience. I really wish the property management would address these issues more effectively because the location and community have so much potential. Lee mas

Very nice nice area . Friendly staff. Quite close to stadium clean . Per friendly can have cats dogs . Birds you name it . Come check it out

To many roaches. To many people smoking in the hall. Can't get a hold to anyone. Gym should be able to come in from outside. They need security
