RENTERS BEWARE! f I could place zero stars I would.

I moved into an apartment less than a year ago and found it was completely flooded just weeks of moving in and by law they are required to tell you as a potential tenant if it had occurred in the last 5 years. Item 17 on the lease also states this law. When you enter a work request it gets closed when not completed and when a survey is sent it doesn't indicate the repair so how do rate it. How to rate something thar wasn't done. Mold/mildew problems and air quality professionals found black... mold spores. Told 100% occupied but now running some special for newcomers
