No maintenance
This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. No maintenance issue has ever been resolved. It takes a minimum of two months for maintenance to respond to issues, and when they do, they say it is complete without fixing it, often without even coming to the apartment. When I call the office for assistance, they are rude. They try to convince me that nothing is actually broken, and that the apartments are just "old". They say it's my fault it wasn't fixed because I wasn't home, or was home... with the door locked. We receive no notice of maintenance entering the apartment, so they have entered while I was in the shower. I had a leak and water pouring in through my ceiling and after two weeks of emergency maintenance requests and calls to the office, it was checked off without anyone even coming into my apartment. I have not had a working stove in several months, and have reported this as well. The outlet in the kitchen has never functioned since I moved in. The doors are so broken down that even the maintenance man couldn't open it. All of this was reported through the online portal as instructed. There were no smoke alarms when I moved in. This place is a death trap. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out before it collapses.
