Avoid unless you're desperate.
Contacting the leasing office is a chore. When their phonelines aren't down they simply won't answer them. You can only speak to someone by physically going to the office. The community is not maintained beyond the bare legal minimums. Our AC barely works to the point we regularly turn it off, open the windows and turn on fans when outside temperatures get above 85 degrees because the ancient unit simply can't keep up and the office refuses to properly repair or replace the unit. We had a $400... electric bill last year around July/August before we figured it out and still had a 90+ degree apartment. Gunshots in the area are frequent and our car was recently broken into.
