Work request never completed I have submitted 5 requests over the past month to have my bathtub resurfaced and no work has been completed. I submit the order and someone is closing it out as completed without contacting me or completing the work. One appointment was scheduled around the end of December for the repair, no one showed up and no communication from the leasing office. I just want my bathtub repaired. Someone please contact me about getting this work completed.

Horrible customer service The employees at the leasing office in Sugar Hill, GA are the WORST! If they are going to insist that no packages can be delivered to our front doors, then they need to be more helpful when retrieving our mail. And how do they expect to receive packages when the office is never open! I am missing a package because they couldn't be bothered in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. Why would the office be closed then? I have lived here since 2019 and the level of service... here has dropped dramatically since your company took over. The turnover at this property is insane and I haven't had one pleasant experience with anyone since Trinity took over. I would never recommend this place or company to anyone that I know.
