As a new resident at Avana Chase, I’ve been impressed with the prompt maintenance service and overall comfort of the community. The apartment is nice and worth the money you pay for, and any issues are quickly addressed. So far, it’s been a great place to call home!

It would be a great place to move if they focused on the residents that live there now...and not the empty apts to get more ppl to move in... just to be ignored..

Disappointing, between the roaches and out-pocket neighbors. These 2 weeks have been the worst. I've made it clear to the management that no one should have been moved into this apartment. It almost feels like that was a rushed discussion on the staff, as the initial apartment I applied for has issues with the flooring that would not have it ready by my move-in date. At first glance it was ok, but once I moved in and started doing my cleaning, you tell and see how I concluded this was not... properly clean nor ready for anyone to move in it. I've documented my move-in and sent numerous emails. Yes, they have fixed some of my issues but the main issue that is still problematic as of this email is the roach infestation.
