2700 Lincoln

I'm in my second year of living at 2700, and I absolutely love it! Something super important to me when I was looking for an apartment was quality and location. The quality is amazing. Everything in my unit and in the entire building is very nice. The location is perfect because it's right next to campus. All you have to do is cross the street, and you're on campus. I love living here, and I can't recommend it enough!

Things have definitely gotten better here at 2700 Lincoln since my last review! I am happy to report that the apartment is fully functional after a rocky start with the HVAC system in the summer heat. The overall building is almost always clean and tidy, and the strange hallway smells have decreased dramatically as the months have passed.

The walls are still a bit thin, and people are noisy at night. It would be nice if the first floor walls actually went floor to ceiling, as there is a gap at... the top that allows noise, cold drafts, and bugs to enter the apartment, but otherwise we are once again in love with our unit! Read More
