Excellent rental! Clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The landlord is professional, responsive, and ensures a smooth rental experience. I wish rent was a lot cheaper especially for the size but other than that I can’t complain

I have enjoyed living at West Towne Apartments for the past three years! The staff are very welcoming and very easy to work with when concerns or questions come up. The office events that are offered are a great way to meet those who live near you.

I have lived here for about 4 years, and it’s been great! Really appreciate the staff and maintenance teams. They are dependable and proactive! I have not felt the need to lease elsewhere during my time in Ames. West Towne has been a great first renting experience for both me and my roommates.

Not a bad place to live. Parking is free and the staff are very nice! I live in a studio that you can make very homey and easy access to outside due to being on the bottom floor! I personally want a bigger space for my dog is my only disadvantage to the space.
