This place is totally awesome! Everyone is so nice! Maintenance is always on time! Love the fireplace. Only thing i don't like is can't use the air in the winter. Lol

I love living at Woodland Reserve! The apartments are nice and the office staff is always planning fun events for the community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!

Overall nice place to live. Seems at times of the day, neighbors above us can be loud at times in which can be annoying such as loud stomping or moving what seems like a rolling sound from an office chair.

Absolutely love living at Woodland Reserve. I never knew how nice it is in apartment living. Apartments are spacious and I love not having to share a sink or bathroom every morning. Every month Nick or Derick are having different things to do in the clubhouse, from painting and puzzles and more. And did I say some wine while doing the activities. I cannot say enough to Brady and his guys that are at your apartment almost immediately if you need something fixed.. There’s a package area, dog... grooming area ( which is so cool) swimming pool and huge clubhouse with a lot of room and seating. I love this complex and the staff are 5 star great!! Thanks! Fellas
