I actually love living here

I’m seriously so impressed with Cortland. The facilities are top notch, location can’t be beat, it’s always clean, maintenance is super quick and helpful… I really have nothing bad to say. I want to especially shout out Kiara, who always replies to emails so, so quickly (literally seconds to minutes) and in the most helpful manner. I love this apartment and especially the gym and pool/hot tub! I use them all the time, and couldn’t be happier with my experience

I've been living at Cortland on the River for 9 months (since July 2023), and I can't say enough good things about this property and the staff. Every part of the property is very well maintained and clean; the staff are genuine, personable and very responsive; 2bed/2bath apartment is a little smaller than I originally wanted but it actually feels more spacious that I expected. The location is amazing! The greenbelt is literally at the back door, 5 minute walk to BSU, 1-mile-ish walk to... downtown (have walked many times to dinner or other events).

The layout and size of the units are quite nice in comparison to other "luxury apartments" in downtown Boise (especially when paired with the cost). Location is amazing being right on the Greenbelt. You are less than a mile from downtown and the foothills.

Cortland on the River is absolutley "THE" place to live if you work in the Bosie, ID area. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in numerous states and Cortland has EVERYTHING one needs to feel at home (e.g., staff feels like family, responsiveness, a beautiful building inside and out, great parking, excellent location, reasonably priced, I could go on and on. Trust me: give Cortland a try and you will NOT be disappointed.
