Property is good, management doesn't care.
Location is great, property is nice, but you have to hound management for maintenance. Today I had my third talk with management about getting maintenance on our dryer. When we initially placed a work order through the online portal on 7-27-23' no one came and checked anything and it got marked complete anyway. A few days after I went to go check when the dryer was being maintenanced and they told me they didn't see a work order put in but they can put one in and blowouts will be soon anyway so... it should be completed shortly. Now we are on day 10, I went into the office to check on it and was told the blow outs will happen next week. When I ask what day they said they are yet to confirm but next week sometime. They claimed they "don't have the tools" to access the back of the dryer... Which can be accessed by simply pulling the dryer out and getting behind it. So yea, all in all the apartments are good but trying to get something fixed can be quite an undertaking when management doesn't care if your appliances work or not.
-and to Riverpointe, if you feel this review is unfair I'd love to find out why you think so. You have at least 3 full time maintenance guys on site I say hi to all the time.

I've lived at River Pointe for about 3 months, now. The staff, maintenence team, and residents have all been super! I like living here. Having access to the pool, the exercise room, and the greenbelt were big bonuses for me. Also, I work from home a lot and these apartments are quiet, clean, and I feel comfortable living and working here all day long.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Being on the greenbelt with a pet friendly place is wonderful. If you can get over the parking then it is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance has been absolutely wonderful with any issues. Timely and very kind. Management has also been very kind.
