I do love the improvements of the buildings. The new roof, carpets, paint in the halls, and lighting in the halls are great. However, the safety of the buildings and community is lacking. The windows really could use some updating they are drafty af and are hard to open. The entrance doors are always getting broken due to a lack of care over the years and abuse from tenants. The doorbell is always, always broken. The parking lots and sidewalks as of this past winter are never shoveled and it... makes the journey from car to home dangerous. The pool water care could be improved upon. The fitness center is great for what it is. Teens and kids could really use a third place here.

I really love my apartment it has everything I was looking for in a house. I love the space I have and the community is peaceful to live in. The maintanace is phenominal they are always on top of their work orders. I have yet to have an issue with getting anything fixed in a timely matter.
