It’s nice here especially since they made all of the improvements inside and out. The buildings are clean and quiet. I also feel safe. I can say that I’m pretty happy living here.

Resident experience has been great so far. Apartment is nicely remodeled and feels so cozy. We have the park and we have the gym which is an extra plus for me

Just moved in but honestly everyone is genuinely nice and helpful in the community. Definitely would recommend for others to rent here. Love the fact the apartments are taken care of. Leasing/ maintenance are good people they are always here to help out if there are any problems or questions.

I’m a new resident and received my keys this week. My unit wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly and I need to spend hours doing a deep clean. The pantry shelves are coated in stinky stuff and food residue, the entire unit is really dusty, floors dirty, and the shower had hair dirt in it. I’m pretty disappointed that the unit wasn’t move in ready when being run by a large management company.
