Bad Customer Rep
I toured this property a while ago and kept requesting for the property manager to send me the application. I have been in a need to move ASAP, and this guy knew it. Followed up with him so many times, and every time he would tell me he was sending me the application, and apologized, but never actually sent it. Then I reached out again a few days ago and he said that someone else applied and if it falls through, he will let me know. No response, no update, I had to follow up myself, and I came... to know that it has gone to someone else. If you did not want to send me an application, why promise, why not adhere, and why apologize?
