It may be a 3rd floor walk up but privacy is not absent in this structure as there is plenty of foliage to block nosey neighbors views in to our well-lit living room. The on-site super is friendly, helpful and very easy to get a hold of for minor or major issues like plumbing obstruction. Homy feel with a city edge.
