A spacious 1 bedroom with room for living, dining and 2 studios. Small bathroom is a small price to pay for hardwood floors and crown moulding. It may be a 3rd floor walk up but privacy is not absent in this structure as there is plenty of foliage to block nosey neighbors views in to our well-lit living room. The on-site super is friendly, helpful and very easy to get a hold of for minor or major issues like plumbing obstruction. Homy feel with a city edge. The only downside is that this place... is so great, the apartments are never on the market more than a month. Parliament is the company to call for a great place lIke ours. Lee mas
